Over 9 and 10 April, LCY brought in 15 journalists from around Europe to tell them the story of the billions of pounds being invested in the Royal Docks by the airport, Excel, the Silvertown Partnership and ABP and of regeneration in East London more widely.
During the journalists stay they visited the world famous famous Formans salmon smokery, the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Level 39 in Canary Wharf as well as the principal development sites around the Royals. The journalists were able to see first hand the scale of the ambition in the area and already we’ve seen articles printed in Spain, Switzerland and Germany.
