Every quarter, London City Airport has outperformed and achieved above average punctuality scores when compared to our UK competitors.
Records from the final quarter of 2011 indicate that London City Airport’s on-time performance for scheduled services rose by seven percentage points to an impressive 87% when compared to 2010. This is a substantial seven percent higher than the average recorded for London airports and all UK airports.
Equally, London City has been successful in reducing the average delay time by six minutes to just nine minutes. This is a direct result of the continual efforts of our ground operations team to deliver the most efficient and punctual service for our passengers.
