Winter Sun Routes Extended and Increased
Year-round British Airways flights to the Balearic Islands have proved so popular that there are even more from London City this winter.
The winter schedule, from October 27, will offer five flights a week direct from the Docklands to Ibiza, increasing from two last winter, and flights to Palma will increase from two to four flights a week.
Once again British Airways will be the only airline offering direct flights from the UK to Ibiza during the winter months.
New low all-inclusive one-way fares for winter are available for £74 per person on ba.com. All British Airways fares include a generous free 23kg luggage allowance, free on-line check-in and seat selection 24 hours before departure and complimentary food and drink on board.
British Airways also offers three nights at the 4* Xarc Hotel in Ibiza from £349 per person, based on two people sharing for travel in November. Price includes return British Airways flights from London City and room only accommodation. Visit ba.com/ibiza or call 0844 4930758

Luke Hayhoe, British Airways general manager commercial, London City, said: “We decided to extend our new routes to Ibiza and Majorca through the winter last year because our customers wanted to get there all year round. The flights were so busy all winter that we have decided to add even more capacity and frequency for this year.”
Ibiza flights will operate on Tuesday, Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday through the winter and Palma flights will operate on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. British Airways is currently celebrating its tenth year of flying from London City Airport
