Angers, the 16th City in France, is located in the Loire Valley. French region known by its pre-revolutionary, provincial name, Anjou, and its inhabitants are called Angevins. Angers a pretty city that has lots to see and do, with many of its events encompassing the whole city. ‘The Hanging Hearts’ events in September offer performances from theatrical to marching bands that attract over 100,000 visitors.
